Everything BDH Corporation Co., Ltd. ("BDH", "we", "us") sells online is digital. When you buy, the licence or plan appears in your Edge AI Store account as soon as your payment is confirmed. You then deploy the model to your registered board over USB. There is nothing to ship.

1. What we deliver
- licences for BENTO Edge AI models published by BDH, one at a time or in packs;
- Edge AI Store plans: subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and prepaid terms (1, 3 or 12 months);
- on-site Edge AI Trainer licences and engineering services, by quotation (see section 6).
2. How delivery works
- Sign in to the Edge AI Store with your TESAIoT platform account.
- Choose a model, pack or plan, and pay through Stripe Checkout by card or another method offered in your country.
- Stripe confirms the payment to us. The purchase then appears in your account, and the model's card offers Deploy.
- Connect your registered board to your computer with a USB cable.
- Press Deploy. The Store checks that the board is registered to your account, then installs the model on it through Web Serial in Google Chrome.
You can buy before you have a board. The Store asks you to register a board before the first deploy. Some models are bound to one board. For those, you choose the board at checkout or at your first deploy.
3. When it arrives
- Card: usually within moments of paying.
- Other payment methods: as soon as the payment is confirmed to Stripe.
- Subscriptions: from the first payment, for each period you pay for.
- Prepaid terms: from the payment until the end of the term.
If your purchase does not appear in your account a few minutes after the payment was confirmed, refresh the page. If it still does not appear, contact us through our contact page and give your order reference.
4. What you need
- a TESAIoT platform account;
- a board that the model's page lists as supported, registered to your account;
- a desktop or laptop computer with Google Chrome, which provides Web Serial (other browsers may not work);
- a USB data cable.
Deploying from a phone or tablet is not supported.
5. If delivery fails
If a deploy fails, try again from the Store, which shows what went wrong. If you still cannot install a model you bought, contact us. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, we refund it under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Products sold by quotation
On-site Edge AI Trainer licences and engineering services are delivered as set out in the quotation or agreement: what is delivered, where and when.
7. Delivery records
The Store records when each purchase is fulfilled and when each model is deployed to a board. We use these records to support you and to apply our refund rules. See our Privacy Notice.
8. No physical goods, no shipping
We do not sell or ship physical goods online, so there are no shipping costs, shipping times or returns of goods. Boards are bought from their sellers. Our products can be bought wherever the law allows. See the export-control section of our Terms of Service.
9. Models from other publishers
Models in the Store published by others, such as Infineon Technologies AG or Imagimob AB, are installed in the same way. BDH does not sell them, and their publishers' terms apply.
10. Contact and language
For delivery questions, use our contact page. Our registered company details are under company facts. This policy is published in Thai and English. Where the two versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
